I’ve never sent a request to change any of my information after originally being verified and nothing has changed so have no clue how something would of magically changed? Anyway my last 2-3 withdrawal attempts i got the initial notifications that the withdrawal request had been received and stated I will get confirmation email when the withdrawal will be processed or approved which is normal but all of them went roughly 24-48 hrs unanswered which is longer than I recall from prior withdrawals but I just chalked it up with them busy or something but ended up canceling the requests and losing the funds. Have won and made successful withdrawals. I’ve been playing and verified for years. Im obviously biased on the situation of course and am curious as to what the majority unbiased opinion would be!!
